What is Nutrigenetics?
Nutrigenetics is the study of the interaction between our genetics and the nutrients we eat. Understanding how your individual genetic variations work allows you to personalize the recommendations for your nutritional approach.
Genetics is not a crystal ball – it can’t predict what will or won’t happen, and it won’t mitigate the effects of lifestyle choices that affect your health. But it can give you more information about how to take care of your body and how you, as an individual, can respond to the choices of habits you make. We tested genes that affect 12 areas of your diet. These genes are chosen based on a rigorous scientific protocol, using only the genes with the strongest research base.
